Like all SGS leagues, the focus is on quality games, strong competition, and enjoying league nights both on and off the pitch.

Game Format & Schedule

• Format: 6v6 (1 goalkeeper + 5 field players)

• Max Roster Size: 12 players

• Games Guaranteed: 8 games per season

• Game Length: Approximately 45–50 minutes

• Day: Monday evenings

• Season Length: New seasons start every 9–10 weeks

• Skill Levels: Open to all skill levels

• Divisions: Men’s and Co-Ed (where available)
