Work With Small Goal Soccer

Welcome to SGS.

Pull up a chair and let’s talk about working with one of the fastest-growing soccer organizations in the country. The bathroom is still on the left, by the way.

Small Goal Soccer runs leagues, tournaments, camps, events, and national soccer experiences across multiple cities, and we’re just getting started.

With over 100,000 active members in our organization and growing, we’re looking for the next wave of soccer people to help us build.

We’re hiring and partnering with people who love the game, care about community, and want to be part of something bigger than just another job.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

Business minded. Hard working. Hustlers.
A passion for soccer and sport
Community focused and social
Problem solvers
No excuse mentality
Team builders
Well organized
Reliable under pressure
Hungry to grow with something real

These are the basics for any role at SGS.

We’ve spent over 12 years building sports programs, leagues, teams, tournaments, and player communities. We know the space, we know the systems, and we know what it takes to build something that lasts.

Now we’re looking for the right people to help us take SGS into its next chapter.

Whether you’re interested in running leagues, helping launch new markets, supporting events, coaching camps, creating content, or growing the game in your community, we’d love to hear from you.

Check out our job openongs below & drop your info, we’ll be in touch with next steps.
