League Manager

Small Goal Soccer is looking for League Managers to help run, grow, and lead SGS leagues in their local market.

This role is part operator, part community builder, and part on-site leader. League Managers are responsible for making sure their leagues are organized, competitive, fun, and professionally run from registration through playoffs.

You’ll work directly with teams, captains, coordinators, referees, facilities, and the SGS team to create a great player experience every season.

What you’ll do:

Manage and grow SGS leagues in your market
Communicate with captains, players, coordinators, and referees
Help recruit teams and support league registration
Make sure schedules, standings, scores, and playoff details are accurate
Oversee game nights and solve issues as they come up
Support coordinators and help make sure fields run smoothly
Build relationships with local soccer players, captains, and facilities
Represent SGS with professionalism, energy, and accountability
Help create a strong, fun, competitive league culture
