Growth Captain

Small Goal Soccer is looking for a Growth Captain to help us grow leagues, build community, and get more people playing.

This role is part sales, part community builder, part facility scout, and part soccer connector. You’ll help find new teams, recruit captains, follow up with leads, identify potential facilities, support league launches, and build relationships in local soccer communities.

We’re looking for someone who is outgoing, organized, reliable, and hungry. You should love soccer, enjoy talking to people, and be comfortable helping turn interest into signups.

What you’ll do:

Recruit new teams and players
Follow up with leads and captains
Build relationships in the local soccer community
Scout and research potential facilities for new leagues
Help evaluate field quality, location, pricing, parking, lighting, and availability
Support new league launches and existing league growth
Help promote leagues, tournaments, camps, and events
Represent SGS with energy and professionalism

Comfortable with sales, outreach, and local recon
Positive, no-excuse attitude
