League Coordinator

Small Goal Soccer is looking for League Coordinators to help support and run SGS game nights in their local market.

This role is the front line of the player experience. League Coordinators help make sure fields are set up, games start on time, teams know where to go, scores are collected, and the night runs smoothly.

You’ll work with League Managers, referees, captains, players, and facilities to help create a fun, organized, and professional league environment.

What you’ll do:

Help set up and break down fields on game night
Check in teams, players, and referees
Make sure games start on time and stay on schedule
Collect and report scores
Help answer player and captain questions
Support referees and League Managers as needed
Monitor the field area and help solve small issues quickly
Represent SGS with energy, professionalism, and reliability
Help create a great game-night experience for players
