Small Goal Soccer Mesa hosts a 7v7 adult soccer league on Saturday evenings, built for players of all skill levels who want competitive, organized league play with slightly larger teams and more space on the field.

Like all of our leagues, the focus is on fun, competitive soccer with an emphasis on enjoying the game both on and off the pitch. Whether you’re competing at a higher level or playing recreationally, Small Goal Soccer Mesa delivers a structured, well-run league experience that fits perfectly into the weekend.

This Mesa league is ideal for players looking for organized adult soccer in the East Valley, drawing teams and free agents from Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, and surrounding communities.

Free agents are always welcome, and full teams can register together. Whether you’re signing up solo or bringing a squad, there’s a place for you in the league.

What is Small Goal Soccer?

Small Goal Soccer is an organized adult soccer league built around small-sided formats like 6v6 and 7v7, delivering fast-paced, competitive play for all skill levels, in a format designed for adult players.

Adult Soccer League Format & Details

Format:
7v7 (1 goalkeeper + 6 field players)

Field Size:
Approximately 170 feet long by 120 feet wide

Goal Size:
10 feet high by 14 feet wide

Maximum Roster Size:
14 players per team

Game Day & Time:
Saturday mornings between 9am-12pm

Game Length:
Approximately 50 minutes

Season Length:
New seasons start every 9–10 weeks

Divisions & Skill Levels

Skill Levels:
Open to all skill levels

• D1: Higher-level / more competitive

• D2: Recreational level

Divisions Offered:
Men’s and Co-Ed (where available)

Co-Ed Rule:
Co-Ed teams must have at least 2 female players on the field at all times.
A female goalkeeper counts as 1 of the 2 required players.

Registration & Cost

Team Registration:
$700 per team (includes all referee fees)

Free Agent Registration:
$75 per individual player (includes all referee fees)
