What is Small Goal Soccer?

Small Goal Soccer is an organized adult soccer league built around small-sided formats like 6v6 and 7v7, delivering fast-paced, competitive play for all skill levels, in a format designed for adult players.

Adult Soccer League Format & Details

Format:
6v6 (1 goalkeeper + 5 field players)

Field Size:
Approximately 150 feet long by 100 feet wide

Goal Size:
6 feet high by 12 feet wide

Maximum Roster Size:
12 players per team

Game Day & Time:
Sunday evenings between 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Game Length:
Approximately 50 minutes

Season Length:
New seasons start every 9–10 weeks

Skill Levels:
Open to all skill levels

• D1: Higher-level / more competitive

• D2: Recreational level

Men’s (D1)

Open (D2)

Men’s D1: Competitive men’s division for experienced and advanced players looking for a higher level of play.

Open D2: The Open Division is open to all players and team compositions. Teams may consist of any combination of male and female players, and there are no minimum gender requirements on the field. This division is ideal for friends, coworkers, families, and players looking for a fun, competitive environment. Depending on overall registration numbers, Small Goal Soccer Orlando may adjust divisions as needed to create the best possible league experience and maintain competitive balance.

Team Registration:
$600 per team (includes all referee fees)

Free Agent Registration:
$65 per individual player (includes all referee fees)
